Your personal profile in brief
Your personal profile page is your space. You can keep a track of your listings, auctions, networks and connections.
Where can I edit my personal profile details?
Click on your profile picture (1) in the top left-hand corner of your main home page where you will be taken to your “My Profile” page and then Edit Profile (2) to update.
How can I edit my profile banner picture?
In My Profile, look at the top right-hand corner of your profile banner picture and hit the camera icon. (3)
Then choose the picture from your computer that you'd like to upload. We recommend you choose a strong image, one that you're proud of which would ideally be a landscape image, no bigger than 5MB for a faster upload.
For best results we recommend the following specs for your image:
File size: No larger than 5MB
File type: JPG, JPEG, PNG
Recommended image size: 1260 (w) pixels x 390 (h) pixels
How can I upload my personal profile picture?
In the centre of the page (4), you can click the camera icon to upload your profile picture.

Recommended image size: 360 (w) pixels x 360 (h) pixels
On the mobile app, if you select “More” (1) on the bottom right-hand side of the screen, and scroll down to personal information (2), here you can edit your personal information.
On the mobile app, if you select “More” (1) on the bottom right-hand side of the screen, and scroll down to personal information (2), After selecting the camera icon on top of your profile picture (3), you can choose from taking a new image or selecting one from your devices library.
Why do I need to verify my mobile number?
It is highly recommended to verify your phone number:
It helps us verify your ID. Once done, you’ll get a green verified check mark against your profile which will give potential business contacts and buyers greater comfort when reaching out to you.
Allows you to bid in auctions.
You will be prompted when logging in to the marketplace or you can add your phone number in “Edit Profile”. Once you have entered your number click “Verify” and a text message with four-digit code will be sent to your number. Once you input this code you will receive a green tick alongside your phone number and Name in “My Profile”
