A breakdown of what you should do if encountering issues registering, accessing or deleting your account.
Can’t register?
I’ve completed my registration but haven’t received an email verification.
Please check your junk or spam box as your server won’t be used to receiving traffic from us. If it is in your junk or spam box, please mark the email as ‘safe’ so that all future emails from the marketplace hit your inbox directly.
If the verification email is not in your junk or spam box, please contact us at customersuccess@krank.com and we’ll get our admin team to take a look.
What is my username?
Your username will be the email address you registered to the marketplace with.
Reset my password?
If you've forgotten your password, go to the login page and enter the email address you used to register to the marketplace. You will then receive a reset password link by email.

How can I delete my company’s account?
To delete your company's account please contact us at customersuccess@krank.com directly. Deleting your account will also delete all of your employees from your account, their personal profiles and their listings.
What happens to all the information associated with our company, once we’ve deleted our account?
Once your account has been finally deleted, all your information including personal profiles, all news items and listings will be deleted.
